Fixed Point Resize Tool.

Select Object(s) to resize.  Click on a point to remain fixed under the resize transformation.  Click on a point different from the fixed point. Drag mouse to move this point to a new location. The translation defined by the drag defines the resize transformation for all the points of the selection.  All objects are converted to polygons.
